MediaWorks' sport network BSport is to be relaunched as LiveSPORT.
 
LiveSPORT will continue to provide sport purists with an entertaining and informed radio programme in addition to generating sport news for RadioLIVE sport news bulletins across the MediaWorks stations, says Operations Manager Scott Walker.
 
The line-up (which includes Ian Smith, Nathan Rarere and Dean Lonergan, Martin Devlin, Richard Loe, James McOnie and Geoff Thomas) remains unchanged.
 
"We already share content and editorial with RadioLIVE so this rebranding will simply continue to consolidate the on-air efforts of the sport desk team and ensure the delivery of top sport news content for the company," says Walker.
 
LiveSPORT's relationship with the New Zealand Racing Board and Radio Trackside remain the same also. Trackside hosts Grant Nisbett, Jon Preston and Mark Stafford resume their show on January 23.
